i was having this issue but i realized i need to tell a colonist to work at the resource console

you need to make sure they are hooked up to oil pipeline and have a console. if you have bad hygiene, you need it hooked to water pipes as well.

I have an oil drill that was pumping crude oil. Then I had an oil spill

I cleaned up teh spill but my drills still arn't pumping oil ={
I don't need anyone at the console in order for the oil to flow, but some reason, the oil has stopped flowing. I also set my settings to cheat so oil never runs out so I know it's not that

this works 100%
I figured out that when you select a oil rig, and look at the map, it tells you how much oil you can dig up when you hover over the black areas.

If the cap is 0, you won't get any oil from there

Mate its been so long i don't even use the mod anymore
