You need to use a Fabrication Bench (the place where you make components) to make uncured plasteel (it is simply called plasteel in the bills menu) and the other items. You then set the Auto Clave (which acts similar to a fermenting barrel used to make beer) to what you want it to produce, and it will use the available material to produce the finished product. I believe it can store up to 50 items to be cured in single 12 hour cycle.

But what if i do not see a recipe for Uncured Plasteel in Fabrication Bench?
I have reaserched it and it's now showing up there
