Keeping your drillers on task
Was having a lot of frustration with my drillers running away until I found these simple (in retrospect) solutions:

it uses the same job system as deep drills, your pawns probably just have to walk too far, with bad movement speed because of illness or terrain type, simply improve the movement speed or provide them with shelter near the drilling site so they can stay there to get the job done
