Fueling pod launchers to target level?
When I connect pipelines to the pod launchers, it fills them completely, instead of to the target fuel level. Is there any to only fill them to the target level?

I did some more testing, if I don't manually set the fuel level to 75 for the launcher, It fills all the way up up, even though the target is at the defualt setting 75. If I set it to 75 after connecting, it works correctly.
