Try adding +r_drawmodeldecals 0 in the launch options and see if that helps.

Make sure you're subscribed to all of the required items and restart Garry's Mod. If that doesn't work, close Garry's Mod and verify your files.

I have a problem where the idle animations are the a-pose. I don't know why this happens.
