I believe I got a bug using this perk, I don't see any options to terraform except for dead world and I don't see "Gaia"

How are the Edicts under "Change through Obsolescence" meant to work? I eventually found out that they're actually in the Planetary Decisions, not Edicts - but clicking on the option didn't do anything (except charge me 100 Influence for no observable effect). Am I misunderstanding something?

Disregard that, I've realised that the edict swaps around 1 each of the available Districts. Huzzah!

Wait your game is working? When I open up traditions they only come up with errors.

yep it works, maybe you're also using another mod which bugs ? Because on my game it's alright, it works.

I forgot to even enable it. Hopefully this fixes all issues.
