Anyway to get unlockable skills past the level requirements?
Currently my character is level 9 and I'm not sure if when I reach level 10, I'll either get all unlockable skills at once, or just the option for level 10.

Is there any way we can give these ealrier skills to a preexisting character?

I have the same issue. I've purchased the Bite Skill and do not get the unlockable skills. I don't see the "decaying heart" either. What item type is it? (Bag, Potion, Craftable, weapon, etc?). I like the skills however they are great. Just would like the +'s as well. (Using Helaene's and Odinblade mods all enabled.)

I don't think there's a way to get the skills unless you start a new game sadly
