you have to make it yourself, its easy

1. open the console
2. type "bind [insert key here]" to check if the key you want to bind the command to isnt taken
3. then type "bind [insert key here] "say !dance"

I don't think it has a menu. One of these high learning curb mods without a context menu UI. This would be fine, if the creator explained the instructions better.
