I remember someone on SPUF posted a troll-thread about the Saboteur being able to melt a mini-sentry after a meter is filled. Doesn't sound half bad, actually.

how bout -30% or -50% projectile velocity as a down side?

You sir don't know what Grordbort weapons are NONE OF THEM HAVE AMMO (excluding the phlogistinator because it's a flamethrower not a gun) THEY ALWAYS HAVE FOUR SHOTS

I don't want another Righteus Bison, because I used the Righteus Bison for about 2 and a half seconds. Make it not underpowered as well.

right clicking will change for a high damaging but slow laser cannon to a fast continuous laser that dose 1 damage every 2 miliseconds

It looks pretty close to a pistol, so why not something pistol-like?
+Unlimited ammuntion
+Each shot staggers buildings for ~.5 seconds (Sentries do not track players, dispensers do not dispense, teleporters do not teleport)
-75% magazine capacity
-100% damage to buildings
- Reload is twice as long, Scout exchanges batteries instead of 'pumping' the weapon like the Righteous Bison or Cow Mangler

no random crits and -50% magazine

Tbh the saboteur looks a hell of a lot like the bison, you might want to change that
