Known bug:
[TDTModChatBoxAPI] - Scroll bar keeps resetting.
Resolution: Reduced chat history to 300 or less in the server settings.

[TDTModChatBoxAPI] - Colors seem to be shown to your own self.

[TDTModChatBoxAPI] - Lack of prefix for shout and whisper.
