Lets be honest here
Dondi (the person/developer of the isle) bought or used the models for The Isle during the beta so since that he really dosen't use it (the old models of the dinosaurs) he probably is fine with us using these. But since the isle is now a game using models from the game requires permission, but now it gives us the question. Can we use the older dinosaur models?????

The only reason as to why The Isle uses models from TSL is because Vlad Konstantinov, the original modeler, works for The Isle now and since his part of the contract was not fulfilled when he was working on TSL and he had to pay the texture artist by hand he essentially had full rights to the game's models (the ones that he had actually made, of course).

ok thanks for the info but can we still use the older models of the dinos from the isle?
