I made it into a mod.
Download it here, obvious errors such as no particles and it has no muzzle. Couldn't really get around the no particle thing.

So you open you your /tf folder and pick the weapon you want, drag the model and materials folder into the tf folder

To install you take the tf folder of whatever gun you want it to replace and put it in your tf folder which is located:
steam->steamapps->"YOUR USERNAME"-> team fortress 2
If you just drop the tf folder on your current one, then you might lost many files. Specifically you can put it on tf-> materials-> models-> c_items (for the texture), and tf-> models-> weapons->c_models then drop the folder for that gun there.
