Critical Error: Latest Update causes Crash to Menu with no mods enabled; English localization is used.

I've tested with only HB's mods and it still crashes to menu when starting the game.

Update: I've actually disabled all mods and the game crashes to menu on game start with no other mods enabled. If i disable all the DLC, it then works properly.

There wasn't any issues at all with the initial release version, and it worked perfectly.

This is likely an issue with the official DLC load order bug. Does the fix in this link help?

I know I am late; i just got to this.

I copy and pasted the DLC files from the attached .zip and it now works.
