after you wear it physiks are disabled
if you wear the Oufit and change to a normal it has no physic anymore and you have to reload the game, noctis hair has no physics too

yes for sure that solves the problem but if you wear it again the phsics are disabled again the outfit is buggy yet and they have to patch it thats why i write it here i dont want to resolve it because i know how to get the physic back but i the outfit is broke u know ? But thanks for the help better as a troll comment ! :)
