I updated the mod to handle scrolling issues
As someone mentioned I should post this in the discussions so that it doesn't get lost in the comments.

Hey all, I just uploaded a version that splits up the longer groups into separate pages to deal with the scrolling issues: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2212643108

I take no credit for any work here. I did some simple directory edits, and updated the version to get the Paradox Launcher to stop complaining that it's out of date. If you are giving credit for artwork or original mod page, please link to this mod's page, not mine.

the only problem is with scrolling thru flags right? because it didnt happen to e despite not installing that other mod. so im fine right? and dont need the other mod or are there problems aside this one aswell?

Yeah exactly, you should be fine with the original if you're not having issues. I haven't played this game in ages so I can't be positive on that, but from what I last remember an update some time ago that Paradox put out fixed the flag scrolling issues.
