Hopefully you've figured out a solution for this by now. It's possible that your recent OS update somehow corrupted the save. I would try creating a new game and seeing if it is working properly. If so, it would probably be simplest to recreate your campaign using a fresh and uncorrupted file, rather than trying to fix what is broken. You should be able to import many of your assets directly by copying/pasting the objects. Good luck!
