Did they actually finally add it to the English version? It has been talked about forever, and I think the German version has it. But did they print English cards with the change now?

To answer my own post. They choose not to change it in Gloomhaven. Some other languages of the game have that stamina pot change and frosthaven and jotl has it, but they choose not to change the original.
