The Scenario Aid Tokens no longer work properly in one of my campaigns. No idea what happened to it.

I can unlock the stack & drag the entire stack around. I cannot drag 1 token off the top & change its State to a-j or 1-6 (or whatever).

I created a new game w/ a clean .json file, and copied & pasted both big sections of data around "Scenario Aid Tokens" into the broken game, but that stack of resources is still not working properly.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
