You can only get to it by noclipping. So without spoiling it for everyone. Fly around a little. It's quite large. So it's not that diffucult to find. It's a big empty room with space to build stuff.

Just fly around in the ship for a while and you'll find it.

Its in the room of the main generator, you can only get in there by noclipping and its a really inconspicuous spot but the only indication of where it is, is the two security panels next to each other and the LordTrilobyte Logo on the wall.

Behind the giant engine in the generator room, you can only get there by noclipping unless you have some crazy jump/climb mods

Unless you're using a lightsaber mod that allows you to force jump there is no legitimate way to get to the secret room, without noclip of course
