There is an issue with “Burn Ward Patient” (+20 points). At first, I didn't understand what the problem was either, because either due to the non-English localization or something else, the inscription “Your fear of fire prevents you from setting fire!” does not appear above the character. If you don't take this perk, you can burn fires and stoves.
