CYOT bug?
I started a new team in F1 but it will take 3 seasons of constant new parts in order to be as fast as the 9th quickest car, is there a way to bridge the huge gaps?

try motorsport manager save editor, you can change the performance of your parts in it so you'll be able to make your car as fast as you like and then you can just go back to playing the game
