I'm still pretty new to the game. Long story short, I'm getting Noglins spawning in the Central & Swamp caves on the Island, maybe more as I still haven't explored a lot of caves. I've been told they shouldn't be spawning on the Island.

I also started seeing Megalosaurus, so far only in the South & Central caves. The Wiki map says they should only appear in the Volcano cave, I think that's the final cave.

I have not used your mod to spawn these things. But yours is the only mod that I have installed that spawns these things (I think). Is there anywhere I can check to see what's being spawned outside of the spawners? You know, to double check.
