I'm not sure why it did that, they are at 0,0,100000 which is outside of the playable map area which is why you lost your stuff. Just destroy them from the Map UI.
I have had only 1 other person report this issue happening to them, and it is also on valguero, have you placed any water veins yourself? and where at?

Mod Information

ONLY SERVER ADMINS CAN ACCESS SETTINGS

Use the command:

admincheat scriptcommand simplespawners

That command will open up the Simple Spawners Menu and also give you the Simple Spawners buff which allows you to see and interact with spawners.

To remove the buff, die and respawn or use the command:
admincheat scriptcommand removessbuff

Press E on each spawner to adjust its settings:
- The creatures you want to spawn.
- Turn the spawner on or off.
- Disguise of the spawner.
- Size of the spawn radius around the spawner.
- Show the spawn radius bubble.
- Minimum and maximum levels of creatures spawned.
- Option to set the creatures' levels to be incremented with the server's difficulty setting.
- Chance (0-100%) that creatures will spawn.
- Time between each respawn.
- Max # of spawns in the spawner's radius.
- # of creatures spawned per respawn.
- Chance (0-100%) that creatures will spawn as a claimable baby.
- Despawn time which despawns creatures a certain amount of time after being spawned.
- Set dinos spawned by this mod as Untameable.
- Set a description of the spawner, visible below the spawner's name.

Hold E on each spawner to adjust its settings:
- Force a creature spawn.
- Destroy all creatures spawned by this mod's spawners.
- Count the # of creatures in the spawner's radius.
- Pick up the spawner.
- Turn ALL spawners of the same type on or off.
- Send a Force Spawn command to all spawners of the same type.
- Send a Destroy all dinos command to all spawners of the same type.

Simple Spawners Gun

Fire - Sends command to spawner to Force Creature Spawn, or Destroy Creatures.
Reload key - Switches modes between Force Creature Spawn, or Destroy Creatures.
Toggle Attachment key - Shows Nearby Simple Spawners for 1 min. (If you are moving you will have to keep pressing this to show additional spawners that come into render distance)
G key - Saves a spawner's settings to the gun.
Shift + G keys - Copies saved settings to a Simple Spawner.

You can copy settings from a spawner/nest to a different type of spawner/nest but not all settings (such as creatures to spawn) will be copied. Some settings might be reset depending on which type of spawner the settings came from.

Custom Simple Spawner:
Spawns ANY creatures you want, even modded creatures.
To use this spawner:
1) You must go into the spawner's menu.
2) Copy JUST the creatures path from the spawn code. Make sure you DON'T include "AdminCheat" "SpawnDino" or any spaces.

Example:
Blueprint'/Game/Mods/ClassicFlyers/Dinos/Phoenix/Phoenix_Character_BP.Phoenix_Character_BP'

3) Paste the code into the spawn code box using the keys: CTRL and V at the same time. Then click Add.
5) Select the creatures you want to spawn in the left column.

Base Simple Spawner:
Spawns all base game creatures. NOT including: alphas, bosses, marine, or event creatures.

Scorched Earth Simple Spawner:
Spawns all Scorched Earth specific creatures except wyverns.

Aberration Simple Spawner:
Spawns all non-marine Aberration creatures.

b]Extinction Simple Spawner:[/b]
Spawns all Extinction creatures.

Special Simple Spawner:
Spawns alpha creatures, bosses, zombie creatures, and misc. other creatures.

Marine Simple Spawner:
Spawns all non-amphibious marine creatures including alphas and Aberration marine creatures.

Wyvern Simple Spawner:
Spawns all varieties of wyverns.

Simple Spawner Nest:
Placeable Nest that will spawn eggs of nearby creatures.
Spawns the eggs of any random dinos near the nest. You can set the nest to spawn only certain dino eggs by inputting their spawn code into the nest or scanning neaby dinos. Dinos will only spawn eggs if they have a "Fertilized Egg Class" so not all dinos can lay eggs.

Simple Spawner Marine Nest:
Placeable Nest that will spawn eggs of nearby marine creatures.
Spawns the eggs of any random marine dinos near the nest. You can set the nest to spawn only certain dino eggs by inputtng their spawn code into the nest or scanning neaby dinos.

Simple Spawner Loots:
Spawns in Beacons, Loot Crates, or Artifacts.

Resource Spawner:
Spawns in harvestable trees, rocks, bushes, etc.

STRUCTURES

No Build Zone:
Place this to prevent anyone from building in an area. Area size is adjustable. Any structure that exists when this is placed down will not be affected. This may block resources from respawning.

No Fly Zone:
Prevents players from flying in an area, admins can optionally allow tek flight or rock drakes.

Radiation Zone:
Place this to make an area radiated like Aberration's red zone.

Simple Spawners Oil Vein:
Placeable Oil Vein

Simple Spawners Water Vein:
Placeable Water Vein

Simple Spawners Gas Vein:
Placeable Aberration Gas Vein

Simple Spawners Charge Node:
Placeable Aberration Charge Node

Simple Spawners Plant Species Z:
Placeable Aberration Wild Plant Species Z

Simple Spawners Terminal:
Placeable Terminal that acts like an Obelisk Terminal.

Simple Spawners City Terminal:

Structure that allows players to summon creatures at the cost of items, fully configurable by admin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Spawners go invisible after placing them down and Creature Lists are empty.

You must have the Simple Spawners buff, as admin, use the command:

Does this work with Classic Flyers or Naj's Speedy Flyers?

If you have the Classic Flyers or Naj's Speedy Flyers mods, these spawners will spawn those mod's version of each flyer.

To Show the phoenix on all maps add this into GameUserSettings:

I can't change spawner's settings or spawn them in?

Must be admin to place and interact with spawners, they must be admin spawned into the game, and they are not engrams.


I'm playing single player and the spawners aren't working reliably or getting under/overspawns.

In most cases you have to add -preventhibernation to your steam game's launch options (google search this if you don't know how to do it.).


Creatures or bosses are acting weird or not spawning how I want them to.

With Classic Flyers: To Show the phoenix on all maps add this into GameUserSettings:

WildPhoenixAlwaysVisible=1

Known issues that cannot be fixed by this mod:
- Some bosses are buggy, it's not the mod's fault, all it does is spawn them.
- Some event creatures don't seem to spawn reliably.
- Dinos that cannot be a baby, will always spawn as a regular adult even when the setting is at 100%.
