Spawn Custom NPCs
I am using these two mods to spawnear NPCs. When entering 5,10,20,40,etc.. npcs in the spawn configuration, it only spawns 4 or 5 NPCs. I have checked the population of dinos and it seems that it affects the amount of dinos established throughout the map.

I know human NPCs manages the spawns itself and if there are over a certain number of them, it deletes them. Simple Humans may act the same way, I'm not sure.

I have tried it with a full dino load on solo and got a similar situation, however, I found that if I wipe wild dinos, set the spawner and adjust the frequency of spawns I have much better results. I used "spawn globally" so I cannot verify accurate numbers only many more spawns than when there are dinos around. As the dinos respawn, the mix turns out better.
