Rod Hill Always Takes over everyone!
So ive being trying to make it so it's absolute madness but of course Rod Hill shows up and replaces papa stalin nad also equipment just sky rockets i didnt mess with any settings that may do this and im just a bit confusesd why a mentally deranged man takes over the entire world :P how do i Euthanise him?
