I'm having an issue with the call of cthulhu questline.
I at the part were you go to winking skeever to learn about the monster. As soon as I go in to the winking skeever the textbox appears, but then Captain Guomundr is by himself and there is no progression.

The quest should start at Dawnstar go and try their inn, i did this on my first time playing with this mod.
