How do you use the radio for reinforcements in single player?
I have the three pieces but can't seem to activate reinforcements. I'm trying to use it in the first Czechnya mission. And is there a minesweeper somewhere on that mission?

You gotta walk into one of the garage buildings next to the fuel truck and then an icon will appear. You also have a minesweeper guy from the start unless he gets gunned down if he gets out of the truck - then check his body for the sweeper
