Haven't played in a while but remember her spawning often when I first used this mod. Come back to the game add her mod and 10 weeks in and she still hasn't spawned.

I had this problem too. In my case I accidentally forgot some " when I was editing the files to add the tag so she would be affected by the kraken society building. So it's possible that you might have edited the info file and messed something up.
