How to initiate repair sequence and where is phase shifter?
I already found the bears+ did the soul collector. I got the fuse from the white room and place it next to the door closet to spawn that also needs to be repaired. I have not found the phase shifter so is that needed first? Also, keep in mind I have not opened all the doors so is that a requirement?

you need 3 fuses to repair the door, the other 2 fuses are in the start room and the room with all the plants
