Every player deserves to play outside the sandbox. Will it be to know a map, know the mechanics of the Game or to just mess around. As long as sv_cheats is set on 1, they won't get achievements and everything is still fair.

Tip for the future:

If you want a map name that you're playing on, pull up the developer's console. It should be on the top right of the console box.
