As far as actual nitty-gritty suggestions, Zorn would be a great candidate for as lightly armored (visually) as possible, for dwarfs at least. Perhaps a dark either stone gray or sandy colored main scheme with light blue and light red/almost-but-not-quite pink highlights for some of the non-metallic parts of their armor. No trim of any kind, gold or otherwise.
The rest of this is suggestions for non World's Edge Mountain Dwarf clans.
For Karak Hirn, since they're a pretty well off, but fairly isolationist hold, perhaps a color scheme of a moderate 'forest' green with silver trim. Don't know if it'd be better to go for more of a "humble" understated sort of a look, or just go full on ornate, but either way could work.
When it comes to Karak Norn, I genuinely think a "steel"-trimmed look over scarlet and off-white could work wonders. Definitely go for a militaristic/straight forward look as they aren't a very rich hold, but they're not exactly weak.
Clan Angrund won't be easy but I think a solid blue color scheme with orange/brassy highlights/trim would work well and anything you can add to make them better match Belegar himself.
Last one I can think of is Karak Ziflin and they should definitely be kind of an "underdog" looking faction. Lore-wise they're a fairly small Dwarf hold and I feel like if you go with an unadorned, "dingey" look over the color scheme for the existing faction's banner, it could definitely work and would make sense.
so golden armour would probably fit, and maybe runic armour too
