I've been running into this issue with trying to select the Psychic starting ability for an XCOM soldier. There seems to be no issues with the mod itself loading since everything seems to be functioning correctly.

For some reason, the ability Psychic just does not show up. Any idea on how to fix this? Or if it is even an issue?
