I had a question about the formulation of two skills/perk things. Old Guard and Pioneer state damage buffs for non-ballistic and ballistic weapons respectively but I can't conclusively find which weapons that then applies to. Are any of the beam weapons considered ballistic? Is it only Non-gun weapons?
