Hello :) First of all it a great mod and this is the only reason I bought XCOM2,
I just have one small question, when I promote a chatacter, it did let me choose 2 perks because I tick better second wave options, but after I choose two perks there is a pop up said I got a third perk of some sort.
But when I check my soldier abilities there only two perks I picked before, the third perk was no were to be found.
Is this a bug or is this intentional? if it's intentional, will I get the third perk effect or not? do I just ignore the third perk pop up and it will be good?
