Soilders Promote without being able to choose perks or class
I have no red mods on the main menu and have done the config file but whenever I make a new Campaign and promote my Squad they a don't give me the option to pick the perks E.G: Promote straight to Hacktavist even tho I have commanders choice and other second wave options on anyone able to help me ??

yea happend to me to, there are no skills to pick from at all, what mod prevents this

If you have issues with receiving random classes/perks with Commanders Choice and Origins on, use the "disable any class" mod. Disable all classes in the mod settings except for universal soldier. That fixed the problem for me.

Having the same issue, but have the commanders choice mod which lets me pick the universalsoldier every time, but when I do I cannot pick the specializations

anyone solve this? It seems maybe the second wave option(s) are on even when suppose to be off maybe?
(ie like squadie randomization)

I think it is required to use 2nd wave commanders choice these days but idk. (on new game)

Bit late but if you have any community promotion screen mod, including ones not mentioned. This mod will get selfish and refuse to work properly. I just tested it and was able to identify that this mod has integrated community promotion screen that's interfering with I presume any promotion screen mod.
