Starting Soldier help
Hello!

I would like to set up some starting soldiers with specific perks/specializations (ie, using Commander's Choice), but once I have my custom characters I would like all other soldiers to be random.

Any advice on how I can do that?

I have the Starting Soldiers mod, and it has a format like this for specifying who you start with

+CHARACTER_INFO=(SoldierName="James Raynor",SoldierClass="",SoldierRank=0)

Are there parameters I can add to cover the perks/specs?

Starting Soldiers is one mod, RPGO is another. Starting Soldiers doesn't know about RPGO's specialization system and is not set up to use it. So there is currently no way to do what you're after.
