You can remove the survival mod and enable the others. but you wont have the server settings neither the ability to gut animals and stuff. the owner of this mod may release it for singleplayer after alot of updates. since its a copyrighted mod and he worked 14000 hours on this mod constantly modding. Arma 4 is coming out aswell in the future. he is thinking about it.

I simply don't believe the 14000 hour number.
