It looks like wallpaper auto set 720p or even less resolution. At start it was perfect, when i changed wallpaper and again on your it changed like this. Everything is big with normal scale, i can't even minimalize scale to get good size. i tried restarting whole PC, reinstalling your wallpaper, and nothing helped.
