firstly the big difference between pre 1.5 and 1.6 builds are power distrubution, all sockets used to distribute power between grids, now they're all the same grid, which gets rid of any battery issues or sockets not supplying enough power hopefully.
the 1.6 build patched strategic parts of powergrid system (para grid being calculated along at these stratigic parts).
but in this build 1.6b I've basically taken complete control/reroute of the entire system, it works in a similar way to vanilla, but more geared towards a parallel system.
black screen with names is a symptom of something breaking before being able to draw (since Map Comps are also done after this time, a knock on effect can happen, hence redist errors (redist is usually fine to run together with this mod, they're compatible))
