Why all items are drop tu the ground when I try to gather the items my pet gethered
Firstly, I put some items (food and weapon) into my pet's chest.
Then, I ask my pet (the cat one) to collect grass.
After a while, I command my pet to stop and left click my pet.
Then, those grass, as well as all the items I put into the chest dropped on the ground. I have to put these foods and weapons into the pes's chest again.

Do you design it on purpose? Or it's an unfixable issue because of some stupid Klei's code?

Sorry for my English if I haven't made sense. That's not my native language.

I think its a feature because there is this poof effect when you do it, I don't think anyone would bother adding that kind of an effect to a regular storage system unless it was for that "feature" where pet drops the items rather than storing it in the storage

It seems a lot easier to do it that way with the coding. If the pet kept the items in container on level up, or if pet, it could cause many issues is my guess.

Since we aren't the devs I don't think we can give a totally true answer to this but I think you have a good point

There is a reason to do that. it's a cording problem. I made it in the DS original and ROG, but it does not work properly with SW and together versions. This will cause a bug when you open pets container. so i prevent a bug by all droping collected items.
but this does not completely solve the problem, so now I am going to delete the inventory and move all the collected items to the container. so maybe your complain will be fixed by my new script trigger.
