I cannot zone with this enabled.
When I enable this mod, I can't zone ANYTHING!
I also can't place things roadside because there aren't any zone tiles.
How do you make roads zoneable with this mod?

I have found a similar problem, some of the fences I use that use this mod as a dependency remove zoning around them. but only some.

No one ever confirms this ♥♥♥♥. Does the mod work now? Was there a problem? I want to know before I DL and mess things up!
