I can't open the mod because it asks for dlc
Does it really need the dlcs to work?

It uses all of the races as a base for the mod races, including the DLC races. There's nothing stupid about it. Just wait for a sale. I got all 3 for like $5 during the summer sale.

and the mod here is like an entire new game for FREE! So don't be so GREEDY!

and last but not least, it is false to say that the DLC don't worth the price: you got new techs (and for all civs), new civs, new units, new scenario, new music, new graphics, new maps, new all!
