Tooltip for Advanced Narcotic doesn't have proper word usage. "Especially" should be "Specially". In this context, "specially designed" is far more common and reads better than "especially designed". Also, "designed for keep beasts asleep" should be "designed for keeping beasts asleep" or "designed to keep beasts asleep".

Tooltip for Dexamethasone Auto-Injector has a word error. "Sensibility" in the last sentence should be "sensitivity".

'The bigger and stronger' - no need for 'the', just 'Bigger and stronger' is enough.
(apart from the description not making any sense, because, Morphine is not a sedative not a good one at least, contrary to what everyone think it is, Propofol and all the -bital/bitol/pental/pam/lam families are, in fact, sedatives)

-Synth. Adrenaline
Again, the description hurts me as i am a medical personnel, but apart from that, its fine.

-Organic Alkaloid
Not 'synthesized by', but 'Synthesized from'.

These are in need of fixing right away, there some other grammar issues, but they are mild and can be understood in context to the description of the item.
