There seems to be a version conflict due to the mod being renamed. Check in your addons folder for the .gma files, if you are having problems it may be due to the different versions conflicting.

You can fix this by deleting the older ones (or delete them all and reinstall from workshop), the newest is the one that finishes with "and radiation".
Your addons folder is in "[Steam Install Directory]\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons"

This is Steam and the workshop's fault (this is a pretty basic mistake, not deleting the old version when a mod is renamed), not mine, but sorry for not having caught this earlier.
