I am having the same issue on my server, I can not get the mod to update and it will not allow me to log into the server. I too have tried everything you have as well to no avail. Waits patiently for the next update to fix this update. :)

IF you are getting this message when you are trying to update a mod just leave window open it will download eventually takes 2-3 min

Ive restarted my computer 7 times now, i've restarted steam about 10 times, i've reinstalled cross aberration 3 times now, ive restarted ARK countless times, the server im trying to play on has even restarted and it's still saying that my mods arent up to date.

Before i could play fine on this particular server but they restarted for a cross aberration update and now it wont play, 2 other people are having this exact same problem and its kinda urgent since when the server restarted it was unexpected and i was fighting a carno and 2 raptors with my griffin i was trying to level,

EDIT: reinstalled cross aberration AGAIN and restarted steam AND my computer AGAIN and it sitll isnt letting me join. the server im trying to join itself has restarted about 3 times and i still cant join.

If you are trying to get on a server that hasnt update to the new version of a mod you wont be able to see the server.. untill they do... Its called Version mismatch

If you are not the owner of the server, it probably comes from the server. The owner must update the mod manually by copying the folder and the MOD file with the ID 1267677473 in ShooterGame \ Content \ Mods
