They nests themselves are not broken.
The egg spawns themselves are not broken.
The Egg Items are not broken now.
However:
If your server was running during the initial DLC Launch.
AND
Your server had new eggs spawn in to replace old eggs during DLC Launch.
Then those NEW eggs spawned in without their player collision mesh.
Meaning your eggs on the server are 1 pixel by 1 pixel. in a 3d world.
You can still pick them up by using a whip.
Any new eggs afterwards will spawn in because WildCard has fixed the bug, but because there is not a way to do an Egg Wipe in the base / core game files, there is no easy way to fix the issue.
