I´m playing at Ragnarok and it´s working just fine for me.

The Queen's head goes pinkish when they're around 2000 or less health--they regen very fast fyi so good luck. This is when you have someone on the ground tanking her aggro with a riot shield or high health, and wait for her to decide to grab them. It can take a frustratingly long while.

I believe they should have their armor or just chestplate off? I forget which one. Might've just been conjecture.

works fine on Ragnarok. even got 3 people impregnated by same reaper queen all in a row. Shouldnt happen but we figured out a way to trap one and impregnate as many people as we need to
