This mod doesn't make the aberration engrams learnable, it adds *new* engrams that are copies of those and learnable anywhere. However, it only does that for things craftable in your inventory (like fungal wood). Most of the stuff can only be crafted on the new Cross Aberration Workbench, and those things don't require you to learn an engram to craft.
