I dowloaded these and got rid of hem but yet they are still there any help?

Problem may be the fact that you haven't restarted Steam.

There may be an easier way but this is what I did. I put all of my addons that I liked into a collection and then I uninstalled every addon that I had installed and then redownloaded all of my addons and I never had the problem again. I don't know if it is possible but it may have been clinging to one of my addons, but never to less this did 100% work for me.
