Panic Deck
A friend and I are playing and we do not see the panic deck. Is it not implemented yet?

The panic deck is no longer in the game and they have simplified the panic mechanic. This is the manual you will want to use for now. https://drive.google.com/open?id=186S3INB5k1Gm5QpoU4BMduLZhjUzhlET

There is a chance that they may use the panic deck with the expansions.

I was playing for the first time yesterday and couldn't find it either. Thanks for the link to the new manual
